Can you help? I have just purchased Stratos Keel 144 from Truro and there are no rigging instructions : can anyone help? most of it is straightforward and the illustrations on the site are appreciated and obviously took a great deal of time, but i'm struggling with the vang/cunningham and genniker pole & reefing lines(well it seemed straightforward) Keel or Centreboard instructions would be a great help. Having a Dart 18 then a 20 I want something more stable for the family. Look forward to meeting some of you guys.
Ron Wilson.
PS. If any of the Dalgety Bay members are listening i would love to drive through from Glasgow for an hours rigging advice.

Ron,

The rigging instructions supplied with the Stratos are very poor and difficult to understand. It is difficult to explain how to rig in words. The pictures on the site cover the 3 areas that you mention. If they are not clear enough I can take some more this weekend. Let me know what you would like.

While I think about it are there any other pictures that people would like?

I am in Dunblane and I may be able to help with reefing, vang and cunningham. I hate to admit it but the genaker has not yet been up; crew are 7 & 5!

Hi Ron,
I'm just back from my holidays and I see you are struggling with the knitting pattern!
I've always found it easier to rig without a manual... mostly 'cos I never get one!, but you are most welcome to come through to Dalgety Bay to look at my boat if you need to..

Send me a mail d.burnett@virgin.net and I'll arrange to meet you..

Cheers

Dave
