Where do you tie off the inboard end of the anchor rope in your Stratos?

Around the base of the mast is a good secure point

yep.. that's what I'd planned ;-)

Do you lead the anchor cord through a fairlead on the bow or just lob it over the side??

Sorry, tie it to the bow eye then have a lazy line coming from that to the base of the mast.

Personally I would not put a fairlead on the boat as it gives the genny something to snag on,
You could get some hose to stop friction wear on the gunwhales.
