Dear Mr Parker,
Regarding the prospect of keeping a stratos on a swinging mooring. Yes it is possible, there are various sailing schools around the UK that do this. However you will probably have to antifoul the hull if it is moored for a long period of time.

If the Mooring is likely to dry out then this may effect whether you can moor it or not depending on the nature of the sea bed.

I moored my keel for 6 months last year. No problem except for the fouling ! Does anyone know of an anti-foul WAX - I don't really want to use paint because I'll never get it off !
