Can anyone recommend a particularly good cleaner/polish for the gelcoat. I have a Vogue Blue boat and am finding it hard to get rid of tyre/scuff marks, or to get a good shine. I have tried 'Ferocle' and elbow grease without success!
TCut works pretty well. It is recommended by Laser to bring back the shine after Gelcoat repairs. You can get it from any car accessory shop. As there are several version make sure you check that the one you choose does not contain silicon.
I am currently considering changing to the Stratos from a wayfarer which required cleaning.I was also advised to use T cut but my local marine shop advised using the correct marine type as some of the car cleaners are not advised for use on fibre glass?
