Is the Laser site PY of 1100 the one that is normally used?

No. See other responses on the racing section. It's now 1084.

I have just taken delivery of my stratos keel from the Scottish laser agent. He tells me that the C/B version is 1084 but the keel version keeps its 1100 PY because of its extra weight.

I thought that C/B and Keel sail off the same PY number of 1084 (however unfair that may be to a Keel owner like me!) Can anybody else comment on this?

Not sure what the handicap should be for the keel........what you lose in light winds you make up for in the heavy stuff !
